Check the complete connection
Photograph the beam end connector attached to the upright, then take a second close-up of the locking point. Include both sides where possible.
Confirm before ordering
Do not rely only on colour or a loose pin that was found nearby. Send clear photographs if the system or locking device cannot be confidently identified.
